Is Leadcheck Fully Anonymous?
Yes, Leadcheck will not share your company name, personal name or any of your personal information with other contractors on the network. All reviews are anonymous.
Can Other Contractors See My Reviews?
Yes, but they would first need to add the client’s information into the system as a lead. Once the Lead is added they can simply click the Lead and see your review. However, they will not see your company name or personal information attached to any reviews on the system.
Can Clients See My Reviews?
It is very likely that a client will never see your anonymous review since Leadcheck is a closed system that requires a sign up, payment and has internal filters that verify that companies are legit and works to keep companies that can not be verified out of the system.
Can I Be Sued for Leaving A Bad Review?
Defamatory reviews are legally actionable, whereas bad reviews are not.
Defamation can be described as a false statement claiming to be a fact that is published to a third party which ends up causing injury or damage to the reputation of a person, business or entity.
A negative review is an honest and unbiased review that reflects the poor first-hand experience that a contractor or service provider has with a customer. This is free speech and is protected under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
Will A Review Be Attached To An Address After the Client Moves?
No. When a client moves the reviews remain attached to the person. A new residence will not be affected by the negative or positive reviews of a previous home owner.
